Returns, Exchanges & Defects

At SillyFarm, we take pride in supplying face and body artists with high-quality products they can trust. Because many of the products we sell are applied directly to the skin, we must follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

We appreciate your understanding of the policy below.

Cosmetic Products – Final Sale

Due to hygiene, safety, and contamination concerns, all cosmetic products are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Face Paints
Glitter Products
Makeup
Body Art Cosmetics
Airbrush Makeup

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on cosmetic products for reasons including:

Color preference
Change of mind
Product selection errors

The only exception is a verified manufacturer defect or shipping damage reported within the required timeframe.

This policy helps ensure that every product shipped from SillyFarm is safe, unused, and ready for the next artist.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email info@sillyfarm.com with:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue.
Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received,

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, refund, or other corrective action.

Claims submitted after the 5-day reporting period may not be eligible for resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Cosmetic products
Opened or used items
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards
Digital or downloadable products

Returns on Non-Cosmetic Items

Certain non-cosmetic items, such as accessories or apparel, may be eligible for return with prior approval.

To qualify:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Return authorization must be received before any item is sent back.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error or a verified defective item:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. This includes standard shipping, expedited shipping, and shipping upgrades.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
