Can I shop in person at SillyFarm?

SillyFarm.com is an online-only store and we do not have a public showroom or retail storefront for in-person shopping.

All orders must be placed through our website at sillyfarm.com.

🚗 Local customers are welcome to place an order online and select local pickup at checkout when available. You'll receive notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup from our warehouse.

🎨 Need help with a large order? Personal shopping assistance is available by appointment for orders of $500 or more. Contact us for details.

Our products are also available through select retailers worldwide. If you’re looking for a shop near you, email us at info@sillyfarm.com and we’ll do our best to help.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Our warehouse ships orders Monday-Friday except for federal holidays.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States and to many international locations.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import requirements required by their country.

Are your products beginner-friendly?

Yes! Our products are used by professional artists worldwide, but they’re also great for beginners, hobbyists, schools, parents, and anyone exploring face and body art.

Are your face paints cosmetic grade?

Most of the products we carry are cosmetic-grade and skin-safe when used as directed. We always recommend performing a patch test before use and avoiding application on irritated or broken skin.
